Meet Kate
For nearly 20 years in clinical practice, I’ve supported thousands of women in midlife through challenges like stubborn weight gain, hormonal changes, bloating, fatigue, and digestive discomfort. I know how frustrating it can feel when symptoms are dismissed or when you’re told it’s “just part of getting older.”
This blog is here to share the same tools and insights I use in practice. Drawing on Nutritional Therapy and Functional Medicine, you’ll find articles that make sense of symptoms, explain how gut health, hormones, and lifestyle all connect, and give you practical steps you can start today.
My aim is to cut through the confusion, so you feel informed, empowered, and supported on your path to better health and energy in midlife and beyond.
What My Clients Say:
“After many years of GP visits and tests without getting anywhere with my chronic fatigue and urticaria I decided to try a different route. Kate was not the first nutritionist I tried. However she's the one I stuck with because I felt like she really listened and cared. She understood the physical and emotional state I was in and persevered till we got the answers to my problem. I now have my energy back and have a much healthier yet more satisfying diet which I'm happy to continue with. I have recommended Kate to many friends and family and would continue to do so.”
