*I may suggest you speak to your GP for certain tests, while I also use specialised tests to identify imbalances addressable via dietary and lifestyle changes. In the 4–6 week programme, we review initial test results in the second session; additional tests may require extra time and cost for a detailed review.

FAQs on how consultations at the clinic work:

  • Yes, you can choose to book just an initial consultation and then ad hoc follow-ups. I generally see clients over a series of sessions/ through a programme as that is how you are going to see improvements in your health with accountability and guidance.

  • Yes, you have an option to pay in 3 instalments for the programmes if that’s more suitable to you.

  • If you don’t see improvements after 3 months, then we will discuss why. I might refer you on to someone else (eg medical herbalist, psychotherapist) or we would take a different approach in our action plans. Again, this would involve an open discussion on your options.

  • Yes, I regularly recommend testing - this is entirely dependent on your individual case and whether i think it will be of benefit to you. All testing incurs an extra fee.

  • Supplements that are well researched and from trusted sources are often recommended but these are always optional. Cost varies hugely. I tend to use targeted supplements for a particular period of time (eg 3-6 months). Costs can be anything from £30-£40 pcm upwards.

  • This is a very difficult question to answer as it varies from person to person. Remember that I am not trying to give you a quick fix, I’m much more interested in implementing changes that will become a natural part of your daily life.
